How do I shop baptiste.co.uk?
To make a purchase on baptiste.co.uk is simple. Select your product(s), with the colour, size, and quantity. Add these items to your cart, click 'buy now’ and follow the prompts to complete payment and the delivery address. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after with the details of your order. Our studio will start processing everything straight away and we will notify you with another confirmation email, once your order is dispatched.
If you create an account on baptiste.co.uk you will gain access to exclusive areas and services including:
- Notifications when new products drop
- Request your return or exchange directly from your account
- Build your Wish List
- Access express checkout by saving your delivery address and card details
- Manage your email preferences, account details, order history and order status.

If you would like to purchase a product that this showing as ‘out of stock’, please email client services (email@example.com) to inform us of your interest and we will do our best to help with your request.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

BAPTISTE.co.uk ships worldwide from our UK studio:
UK - orders over £125 = Free via DHL
UK - orders under £125 = £5.95 via DHL
DHL UK Next Day: 1 - 2 Business Days
EUROPE (ex Russia) - orders over £150 = Free via DHL
EUROPE (ex Russia) - orders under £150 = £11.95 via DHL
DHL Standard: 1 - 5 Business Days
RUSSIA - orders over £125 = Free via DHL
RUSSIA – orders under £125 = £20 via DHL
REST OF THE WORLD - orders over £125 = Free via DHL
REST OF THE WORLD - orders under £125 = £20 via DHL
DHL Express Saver: 3 - 5 Business Days
Orders made on the weekend and on public holidays will not be dispatched on the
next working day.
Does baptiste.co.uk ship to P.O Boxes?
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes as all deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
How much tax will I have to pay on my order?
All orders dispatched to addresses within the United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands) will include UK VAT. Orders being shipped to countries outside of the UK may be subject to customs or duty and local taxes upon arrival in your chosen country. baptiste.co.uk is unable to take liability for additional charges that may be incurred. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information.
Do you ship to more than one address?
If your order requires delivery to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
How much is shipping and when can I expect my order to arrive?
For information on delivery and shipping charges to your chosen destination, please view our Shipping Information.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 working hours and deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, but cannot guarantee delivery dates. Our delivery estimates commence from the date of dispatch.
Please note there may be delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, remote delivery locations or weather conditions. which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
More than 24 hours has passed and I still haven’t received an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam folder and make sure that firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com are in the safe senders’ list in your email account. This will prevent the anti-spam filter from blocking future correspondence. If this doesn't work, contact firstname.lastname@example.org as there may be an error with the original email address entered.
Can I add items after a purchase has been made?
It is not possible to modify the details and add products to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once you have placed your order, you will not be able to change it in any way. If you notice an error in the shipping/delivery information or you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
When will payment be taken and when will I receive a confirmation?
Once you place your order, you will be sent an email notification confirming that your order has been received. Your chosen payment card will only be debited once your order is received by us.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. Once your order has been dispatched by DHL, you can track your shipment by visiting DHL
How do I exchange or return a product?
Please notify us of your wish to return or exchange any items from your order within 14 days of delivery. Please note, items should not be returned to us without prior notice. All return requests should be submitted by emailing email@example.com. Items returned to us without prior notification will not be refunded. For more information on our returns process please read our Returns Policy.
Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order. The amount refunded for all approved return items will cover the cost of the item plus VAT (only for countries within the EU). Delivery costs, customs duties and international taxes (outside of the EU) will not be refunded. Please be aware that it can take up to 10 working days for a refund to appear in your account. Items returned in less than perfect condition and without tags will not
